Each SEPIAH piece is made by hand for you and packed with love and care. The processing and shipping time for standard products is usually:

Germany: 3-5 working days
Austria: 3-5 working days

exceptions
For personalized pieces of jewellery, including rings in individual sizes, the delivery time is usually extended by approx. 14 days. For SEPIAH custom-made products, the delivery time is currently around 4 weeks.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation via email.

The shipping times given are the usual shipping times estimated by our shipping partners. Holidays, strikes, errors in the post office or in the address provided, congestion (e.g. Black Weekend, Christmas time, lockdown) or unforeseeable events can delay delivery. Therefore, no guarantee can be given for a specific delivery date. The shipping time to countries outside of Germany depends on the shipping location.

General shipping information
All orders are sent as an insured package from Germany. We ship (almost) worldwide, excluding China, India and Russia.

Orders generally cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed through our website. If a package cannot be delivered, the customer must pay for the proper return and the original shipping costs. Please note that we accept no responsibility for orders deemed delivered or for which delivery attempts have been made without success. Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation or a parcel shop is currently not possible.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation email, which will also contain your tracking number. *Please note: we currently do not ship to China, India and Russia. ** All free shipping packages to Austria, Germany and Europe (excluding Switzerland) are sent by standard shipping. *If the value of the goods falls below the free shipping amount due to the return, the usual shipping costs (€6 DE / €6 AT / / €12EU/ €19 rest of Europe) will be deducted from the refund.

Duties & Taxes
For orders to the European Union as well as to Switzerland, UK, USA, South Korea, South Africa, Canada and Australia, we assume the customs costs and taxes, which means that there are no additional fees here. Other international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the order reaches its destination country. These potential additional fees will not be covered or reimbursed by SEPIAH. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

returns
Procedure for returns: Orders can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept returns if they are returned on time and in accordance with the return policy below.

All you need to register your return is your email address and the order number (you can find this in your order and shipping confirmation).

Please note that with our transparent pricing policy we cannot offer free returns. The costs for returns from Austria and Germany are €6. From all other EU countries €9. These will be deducted from your refund amount after receipt of your return.

We are not yet able to provide return labels for countries outside the EU and the price for the return here may differ depending on the country.
