How do I determine my ring size?

You can determine your ring size with our practical tape measure. You can simply print it out and determine your correct size.

If you don't have a printer, you can also get your ring size in this way:

1. Simply cut out a 10cm long, narrow strip of paper and wrap it lengthwise around your finger. Then mark the end of the overlap with a pen and measure to your mark with the ruler. The result in millimeters then corresponds to your ring size.

For example, a distance of 5.4 cm corresponds to ring size 54.

2. Use a ring that you already have at home and that fits perfectly on the corresponding finger. You can measure the diameter using a ruler or tape measure, then multiply the number by 3.14. The result is equal to the ring size.

How does the return work?

In principle, returns can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

Procedure for returns:

Orders can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept returns if they are returned on time and in accordance with the return policy below.

Returned jewelry must be in its original condition. Boxes and pouches must be complete and intact. All products must be new and unworn and the barcode must still be attached to the jewelry. Jewelery that has been damaged, soiled or can be proven to have been worn will not be refunded. If possible, we ask you to use your original packaging for the return.

All you need to register your return is your email address and the order number (you can find this in your order and shipping confirmation).

Please note that with our transparent pricing policy we cannot offer free returns. The costs for returns from Germany and Austria are €6. From all other EU countries €9. These will be deducted from your refund amount after receipt of your return.

We are not yet able to provide return labels for countries outside the EU and the price for the return here may differ depending on the country.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and would like to change your order, please write to us at customercare@sepiah.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will make any changes.

Is there a guarantee?

We offer a 24-month guarantee on all SEPIAH jewelry from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers all manufacturing and processing defects. It does not include scratches, external damage (bent jewellery, broken chains, straps or broken parts), soiling, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, wear and tear.

Is there a repair service?

We offer you the following services outside of our warranty should your piece of jewelry need an overhaul: minimal repair costs €15, medium repair costs €25, major repair costs €30 and restoration of the piece costs €45. The costs arise from 100% goldsmith work. Sending the piece back to us can cost between €6 and €29. Please choose an insured and trackable return rate if you want to do the return yourself. We can also help you with your return and send you a return label.
